Weightlifting Unlimited

  • Paramount Strength & Conditioning, home to Paramount Barbell Club, offers an Olympic-style weightlifting program using the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Open to beginning and experienced lifters, programs are taught by certified USAW Sports Performance Coaches to ensure proper technique, form and to maximize results at each visit. In addition to regularly scheduled classes, PSC periodically hosts Olympic Weightlifting clinics to provide athletes and coaches with an opportunity to improve and refine their techniques.
